Dear Representative/Senator (your rep) and Staff,

Please vehemently oppose and prevent the Obama administration's DOJ from gaining access to technology for the purpose of hacking Apple Corporation I-phones.

An Apple I-phone did not murder 14 people in San Bernardino, CA on 2 December 2015. Two non-state actor, lone wolf, self-activated ISLAMIC terrorists, one of whom should have never been allowed into the United States, operating in state-mandated gun free zone murdered 14 innocent people in San Bernardino, CA.

We the people demand a government from which we do not have to constantly defend our freedoms and civil liberties.

Freedom Update: The loss of a constitutional hero. Justice Antonin Scalia

US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia famously said, "The Constitution is not a living organism. It is a legal document, and it says what it says and doesn't say what it doesn't say."

Justice Scalia understood that our founders never intended the Supreme Court, or any US court, to become an extra-legal legislative body. He spent thirty years on the highest bench preaching and practicing limits on judicial activism.

The Left, our mortal enemies in the ongoing struggle to reacquire freedoms exclusive to Americans, is celebrating the death of Justice Scalia today. They know his unexpected passing is Obama's chance to further dislodge this nation from its founding with, yet another, liberal Supreme Court appointee of his choosing.

Although Majority leader Mitch McConnell and other senators have pledged to not approve Justice Scalia's replacement until after the expiration of Obama's term, the American people have seen our share of disappointment and betrayal from both houses of this Republican Congress. 

This is why it is so very important to bombard our US senators with phone calls and emails, opposing an Obama SC appointee and prevent the US Constitution from becoming the "living, breathing organism" that says whatever the left wants it to say.

Below is a letter I have sent, over twenty times, to my US senators. Next week I will be saturating their front office staff and legislative assistants with phone calls to oppose Obama's push to appoint. Copy and send the letter below, if you like, but do something and do a lot of it. 

This appointment battle will wage throughout the 2016 presidential campaign, as Democrats decry the Republican Senate for refusing Obama's wishes, and will be as  pivotal as the post-Sandy Hood gun ban fight which, you recall, we won.

We are at war, in America, for our few remaining freedoms and wars are not won by fighting fair. Wars are won by taking advantage of unfair advantages.

Dear Senator (your rep),

Oppose with every fiber of your being Obama's chosen replacement for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Scalia.

Barack Obama is the most anti-American political figure since Fidel Castro. Being allowed to appoint a justice to the US Supreme Court would be the death of what freedoms congressional Democrats and Republicans have not already aided Obama in destroying.

If you truly believe in natural human rights protected by the Supreme Law, it is your obligation to prevent confirmation of Justice Scalia's replacement until, at least, the conclusion of Obama's term in office.

A Look at the US Economy: Inflation to the Rescue!

Repeat after me, "Inflation good! Deflation bad!" Now, say this mantra throughout every day of your life until you are sick at the sight of low gas prices, affordable mortgages, and interest rates that allow you to build wealth in savings accounts versus risking your financial future on the guidance of  central bankers and speculative market turmoil.

Then, and only then, will you be a good little Keynesian drone gleefully expecting government to, like all else, "fix the economy" when oil is not $130 a barrel, interest rates at record lows, or stocks at record highs. Oh, and to help you sleep at night, completely block from your mind the skyrocketing national debt, economic crises, and geopolitical instability caused by these inflationary policies. Zzzzzzz.....

Do we have a "right" to own guns?

 

Is your right to "keep and bear arms" determined by the existence of the Second Amendment? If a majority of Supreme Court Justices ruled 'the Second Amendment does not protect an individual's right to possess firearms,' would you surrender your weapons -your personal property- to the nearest police station for immediate destruction? Or would refuse and fight to the death any attempt to confiscate your guns?

Many in the gun culture believe that any effort by federal or state government to confiscate our constitutionally-protected right to own firearms would result in an organized and violent resistance. Gun owners, after all, have the Supreme Law on our side.1  But what if the Bill of Rights was written out of existence? Do human rights no longer "legal" mean we no longer have human rights? Can we be jailed, abused, and murdered by a government that simply legislates away our rights? That would entirely depend on our compliance with or refusal to obey such laws. Moreover, it would depends on the ability to prevent such government abuse from ever occurring via possession of firearms.

Earlier this week I was in a meeting when the issue of Obama's "Executive Amnesty for Crime and Terrorism" (gun control) came up for discussion. An elected official in attendance remarked how Obama is attempting to expand definitions of mental illness so more Americans, e.g. veterans being treated for PTSD, can be denied their legally-protected access to firearms.2 Another person followed up with the comment that "such executive orders are violations of the Second Amendment," to which most agreed. 

Of course, I kindly reminded everyone that our ownership and possession of firearms is legally protected by the Second Amendment, but our right to guns is bestowed by virtue of our humanity. Total silence ensued. People looked at me as if I had publicly endorsed Hillary for president. For a moment I was confused by all the blank stares, but soon realized why the perplexed looks.

Generations of Americans have been conditioned, through years of government engineering, to believe that a civil right cannot exist unless written into law, and would cease to exist if  repealed by a legislature or court. 

To the contrary, human civil rights, such as the right to protect yourself from criminal deadly force with firearms (only firearms can defend against firearms), can never cease to exist simply because a government removes it from the document on which it was written. The Bill of Rights to the US Constitution are legal protections of your rights but it is not the reason your rights exist. Your human civil rights are either endowed by your creator (if you believe in creationism) or bestowed upon you, and absolute, by virtue of your humanity.

Although your legal right to keep and bear arms can, as the disastrous history of gun control demonstrates, be legislated out of existence, the human civil right to own and possess firearms, however, is unalienable and inalienable regardless of what laws exist to guarantee that right or are imposed to remove it.

Before "President Hillary" or a government of Yale University grads petition away your legally-protected rights, understand, and teach others to understand, that laws created by a legal or political process can never obviate natural laws regarding our human civil rights to life, liberty, and property; notably the ownership of firearms for protection from criminal deadly force.

1. As liberal anti-gun states like California and New York demonstrate, firearms do not need to be confiscated when constituents allow ownership of and access to guns legislated out of existence. 

2. Currently there is no nationally accepted clinical definition of what it means to be "mentally ill." Regarding legislation and public policy "mentally ill" is a political term with different meanings referencing state case laws. The progressive left, rest assured, would expand the definition of "mentally ill" to mean "any private citizen whom feels the need to own a gun."

The CNN 67% Poll

Aiding King Obama's push for a disarmed, fearful, and thus compliant society, CNN touted a poll, it conducted, claiming 67 percent of Americans support the King's illegal executive fiats on gun control despite the fact that not one measure of gun control can live beyond the committee process in either house of Congress. 

What CNN, and supporters of illegal executive orders, cannot and will not accept is that America is a Constitutional Republic based on the rule of law and separation of powers. Meaning, for you historically and legally illiterate liberals, we are a nation with a SINGLE legislative (that means law making) body, not a nation run by the desires of activist info networks and Marxist Alinskyites hoping to, one day, cart all political opposition off to labor and execution camps via rail cars. 

Obama Town Hall on Guns

Obama ganged up on by freedom lovers, and not liking it one bit.

Last night CNN, the nation's most anti-gun network (remember Piers Morgan?), teamed up with the nation's most autocratic ruler to sweet talk you into accepting eventual confiscation of all civilian-owned firearms in America. 

Were you convinced? Do you now, as a husband, wife, mom, or dad, feel guilty about owning firearms for the purpose of protecting your family? Do you, by the King's illegal executive fiat, now fear buying that .22 for your daughter's birthday or giving a Glock 19 to your dad whom still thinks revolvers are "the best guns for self defense"?

If not, King Obama, who was as articulate on gun control as a piss drunkard at a physics round table, did not accomplish his goal of readying your minds for confiscation.

Make no mistake, King Obama wants you to forfeit your guns, thus his constant friendly references to forcibly disarmed Australia and Britain (notice he no longer mentions gun-free France) while, simultaneously, attempting to convince you he 'simply wants a safer America via a few more background checks.' At least this time he didn't cry, this time.

"I'll take a bullet before you do, that's for damn sure." No Det. Jorge Lozano. You will not.

Forcibly unarmed, innocent citizens in state and federally-mandated gun free zones are victims of  active shooting attacks, not the police who, unfortunately, respond well after bodies of the aforementioned have been stacked.

Although Det. Jorge Lozano is likely an outstanding police officer protecting and serving his community, heroes are historically people who do things to save lives not people who say things that might save lives. 

No offense Officer Lozano, but you were wrapped up by the PC, feel-good culture that gave credit for a "heroic" symbolic act while 14 dead and 27 wounded bodies adjoined a gun free zone where no police or armed citizens were available to prevent or stop the carnage of an active shooting terrorist attack.

As the Jihadist in Chief Barack Hussein Obama plans to spread Islamic terror by illegally harassing American gun owners, remember that our human right to protect our lives, with firearms of all makes and models, is not bestowed by a political class or writing on a piece of paper. The right to self defense from criminal deadly force is bestowed upon all people by virtue of our humanity.

The American people do not require legislative or constitutional “permission” to own and possess firearms that prevent Islamic savages, deranged active shooters, criminals, or the government from threatening and murdering us at will. Gun laws created to endanger public safety via bans and restrictions are a violation of our human rights and will not be obeyed.

Shoot back or be shot!

 

Again, unprotected civilians in gun free zones are the primary targets of Islamic jihadists and deranged active shooters, not law enforcement, the military, or secured government facilities. Prepare yourselves accordingly.

Stopping Islamic Terror on American Soil: Four things we can do now.

'Role up, start shooting, return to car, gather shoe, drive off, and repeat!' The 7 January 2015 Charlie Hebdo militants were killed, however, the MO for the 13 November 2015 Paris attacks was the same. Lesson learned, yet, France?  

This segment will propose four measures US states, cities, and towns can implement to greatly reduce the chances of Islamic terror attacks having significant physical and psychological impacts on our people and communities.

It is key to remember that in this war counter-terrorism is our responsibility. Citizens, despite jihadist propaganda to the contrary, are the primary targets and intended victims of Islamic militants, not secured government buildings, military installations, or law enforcement.


Last week I attended a meeting with a number of community leaders and policy makers discussing the latest attack on Paris and solutions to terrorism on American soil. In attendance was an individual who stated 'there is really nothing we can do as citizens to stop domestic terror attacks.' Most accepted this assertion, but some, after being shocked into a moment of silence, rebutted the notion of passive resignation to Islamic savagery. 
 
In reality there is a lot Americans can do at the state and local level to avoid being victimized like the citizens of "gun free" Paris. 

Think like a terrorist

Anyone with a theoretical or practical education in counter-terrorism has likely been told, at one time, to 'debase your humanity and get into the mind of a terrorist.' This, of course, does not mean memorizing tyrannous Koranic verse, but contemplating attacks that will yield jihadists the most bang for their available resources. 

With thousands in Western intelligence networks watching and listening, Allah's minions must plan simple but brutal attacks with small arms and transportable explosives to produce maximum panic and perpetual fear. And with active shootings the growth sector of Islamic jihad, American communities must abandon the mentality of depending on the state for safety and get imaginative in preempting the unimaginable, starting with K-12 schools. 

 

1. A SRT-trained resource officer in every school

The first line of defense against terror attacks on US soil must be our school children. Envision a scenario where terrorists attack a rural elementary school multiplying the fatality rate of Sandy Hook by a factor of ten or more. 

Few recall the September 2004 Beslan school attack in North Ossetia-Alania, Russia. The attack, and subsequent siege, was conducted by the Islamic militants of Riyad-us Saliheen and lasted three days. It involved the taking of over 1,100 hostages and ended with the death of 385 people, including 186 children. 

The Beslan attack took place as children, accompanied by their parents and relatives, attend ceremonies on the first day of the Russian school year 1 September 2004.

Using state and local law enforcement to protect American schools will draw resources away from "adult" society. However, children who cannot protect themselves must be a priority over citizens capable and responsible for their own protection. 

Of course, filling schools with RSOs must be finite and temporary. School systems will, over time, need to develop and train willing and able staff in active shooter response protocols. Nowhere is there a more high value target for Islamic terrorists than children, and nowhere is there a more target rich environment than gun free schools. 

2. Put an immediate end to all gun free zones

Like their psychologically deranged active shooter counterparts, Islamic terrorists seek the most vulnerable hunting grounds and know innocent people can be easily killed in federal and state-mandated gun free zones.

In addition to being a boon for anti-gun activists, politically capitalizing in the wake of mass shootings, gun free schools and places of work offer psychotic killers multiple defenseless victims with limited or no avenues of escape. 

Because there are national vicissitudes of support for and opposition to self-defense, American citizens, the true targets of Islamic jihad, will need to petition their local governments, school boards, and places of employment to initiate the irradiation of state gun free zones. 

3. Encourage Americans to receive tactical weapons and operations training

Gun ownership in America, thanks greatly to the anti-Second Amendment Obama administration, is at levels never before seen. Americans buy guns, and continue to buy guns, at rates over which gun control activists are losing years of life from sheer knee-knocking panic.

Despite the multitude of unconstitutional gun laws, that illegally determine what kind of guns we can own, Americans greatly differ from the rest of the forcibly disarmed world in that our human civil right to self defense, from criminal deadly force, is inherent by virtue of our humanity and protected by the Supreme Law of our land, much, of course, to the displeasure of Hamiltonian tyrants like "King" Obama. 

Whether a former war fighter with a handful of highly-tuned weapons or a couch potato with a thousand rifles, it is important to have training and tactical knowledge of mitigating violent conflicts in American cities and towns. In other words, our training in the world we now live must focus on active shooter response in civilian-rich, urban environments. 

A combat veteran mitigating an terrorist shooting at 'Walmart' cannot rely on the talent and firepower of his former GWOT squad from Iraq or Afghanistan. In contrast, a CCW holder who shoots a 100 rounds on a static range twice a year can be an under-prepared liability to everyone in a terrorist-targeted shopping mall or restaurant turned battle space.

You, the armed citizen on the scene of an attack, are the first responder. Therefore, during an attack, you are the force multiplier until an attack ends or friendlies with guns arrive on scene. 

Mold your tactical training, carry weapon(s), and ammo count to stop multiple threats with rifles and portable explosives; a tall order for one person with a pistol and, potentially, a family to protect, but our choices, as recent terror attacks have demonstrated, are to fight or be murdered. I prefer to fight and live, which requires ample tactical training, marksmanship, and weapons awareness. 

4. Stop bringing Muslims refugees into the United States

Yes, it's hard to believe, but our federal policy makers can actually do something to help us, in this war, that doesn't involve their normal routine of wiping out our freedoms and civil liberties to "keep us safe."

Stop bombing Muslim countries and bringing their traumatized, disenfranchised, illiterate, poorly skilled, angry, Western civilization-hating citizens here to the US. Bomb them and leave them there. Stop bombing them and leave them alone, but, overall, stop bringing them here. Islam, as Europe has painfully discovered by bringing in just one or two many Muslims, is completely incompatible with Western civilization.  
 

We'll just let in a few, thousand. How bad could it get?

Importing refugees from war-torn lands of Islam should completely stop, as should immigration from all regions antithetical to American culture. Muslim refugees coming from hell on earth are not integrating into European or American society. They are not taking jobs at local companies and businesses. They are not inventing, innovating, and enriching the economies of the Western world. Instead, they are coming, by the thousands, being put on social services, and remaining locked inside the hub of Islamic bias, superstition, and irrationality where they become even more hostile to and disgusted by their new Western surroundings.  The good news

While our doltish and self-serving federal political class fumbles one mistaken Mid-East policy initiative after another the good news is a prepared American people can defeat Islamic jihad at home. How? Because, well, jihadies are overwhelmingly inept. Why do you think US grunts live to engage clumsy, poorly-trained, girly, goat-fucking, dress-wearing, amphetamine-popping Islamic militants in on the battlefield? It is because, in addition to being tactically impossible, jihadies are generally easy to kill when fighting head to head for reasons previously mentioned. 

It doesn't matter how much black pajama camp training "idiots for Allah" receive, they can never match the fighting skills of well-trained American gun fighters, which is why, like their mentally deranged active shooter friends, they seek to prey on disarmed citizens in gun free zones. 

Counter terrorism is our responsibility as much as the government's because we, US citizens, are the primary targets of terrorists. Never forget that in a free society, what's left of it, we are responsible for our own protection.

 

The 'Paris gun jam!' The ignorant media regurgitated how this jihadi's gun "jammed," allowing a lucky female Parisian to escape alive. She was indeed lucky, but not because her attacker's gun jammed. He ran out of ammo wildly discharging his AK into a cafe, simply too stupid to have additional magazines anywhere but in the car from which he emerged to conduct his hasty attack.
