Call To Action: Support the ATF Elimination ACT

Please call and email your federal representatives to support, and forward to (soon) President Trump, Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner's ATF Elimination Act.

The ATF Elimination Act will abolish an abusive and corrupt government agency while transferring its “exclusive duties” to the FBI and DEA. (1)

 

Yes, federal gun, tobacco, and explosives law will still be enforced. (2) The ATF Elimination Act will simply remove a costly, unconstitutional, and redundant federal agency best associated with corruption and assaults on every human liberty listed in the Bill of Rights. (3)

Opposition to the ATF Elimination Act by congressional liberals and the institutional Republican neo-con mafia, who refuse to cut a single deficit dollar or wasteful bureaucracy, will be formidable. 

 

It is, therefore, imperative you call and email your federal reps urging them to support Rep. Sensenbrenner's legislation eliminating the unnecessary and abusive government agency.

1. There are sincere, constitutionally-minded, patriotic Americans working within the ATF. However, the agency's overall history and culture is corruption, waste, and anti-constitutionality.

2. If federal and state gun laws had any public safety component Chicago would be the nation's safest city and Kennesaw, Georgia (recently named America's most gun-friendly city) the most dangerous. Gun laws only aid the state in prosecuting individuals caught violating those laws, but do nothing to protect citizens who will not or cannot arm themselves.

3. The ATF's sordid history is wrought with such 'heroics' as the Ruby Ridge murders, Waco Branch Dividian massacre, the deadly and highly illegal Fast and Furious gun running scheme, extra legal (non-legislated) bans on manufacturing and importation of various firearms and ammunition, plus numerous abusive arrests and prosecutions of American gun owners, collectors, and manufacturers.

Why is the left suddenly eager to compromise and work with President Elect Trump during his transition to the Oval Office? The answer is to take a wrecking ball to Trump's policies before the start of his administration.

The patriotic and family-oriented factions of this nation won the presidency, but the zero sum war over securing our country's future does not begin until January 2017.

On the ropes, gassed, and badly beaten the left is asking for an unofficial stop the fight so they can regroup and come back harder than ever. Offer them no mercy. History shows they will give none if the governing advantage becomes theirs.

We are at war with the left, and they us, over the founding principles of this nation; supremacy of the US Constitution, expansion of freedom and liberty, personal and governmental accountability, and equal application of law. 

Wars are not won by winning elections but forcing unconditional surrender. Social justice warriors rioting in the streets of America's most dysfunctional, democrat-run cities, calling to abolish the electoral college and murder of Trump voters, are less enraged over the coming wall and deportation of illegals than the inability to force their will onto our lives.

Hillary Clinton was their last hope to impel standards of not having standards with judicial activism and illegal executive orders. Now, thanks to the Trump “Amexit” Revolution and conservative supremacy over all branches of government, their setback is indefinite and immeasurable.

It is the obligation of Trump voters, those who rescued the Constitution and Republic, to make the left's setback permanent. The left, after all, will never compromise and Republican legislators should, for once, not be so stupid to think calls and quires for reconciliation and “togetherness” sincere.

The battle space is still hot, America. Do not remove your boots from the opposition's neck by feeling guilty for a scathing election defeat the left brought onto itself with eight years of forcing their will down our throats.
