The ATF Elimination Act will abolish an abusive and corrupt government agency while transferring its “exclusive duties” to the FBI and DEA. (1)

 

Yes, federal gun, tobacco, and explosives law will still be enforced. (2) The ATF Elimination Act will simply remove a costly, unconstitutional, and redundant federal agency best associated with corruption and assaults on every human liberty listed in the Bill of Rights. (3)

Opposition to the ATF Elimination Act by congressional liberals and the institutional Republican neo-con mafia, who refuse to cut a single deficit dollar or wasteful bureaucracy, will be formidable. 

 

It is, therefore, imperative you call and email your federal reps urging them to support Rep. Sensenbrenner's legislation eliminating the unnecessary and abusive government agency.

2. If federal and state gun laws had any public safety component Chicago would be the nation's safest city and Kennesaw, Georgia (recently named America's most gun-friendly city) the most dangerous. Interesting how many of us will bring two or more guns to a tactical weapons course, in case one breaks, keep loaded firearms strategically placed throughout our homes, top off every magazine we own, and have battle rattles for a moment’s notice (pay attention Hillary gun grabbers), yet carry one gun when armed in public where we are more likely to encounter criminal deadly force.

The Glock 30 pictured above has been a carry gun for thirteen years, running thousands of rounds without fail, until yesterday when its $3 slide lock spring broke on the 18^th round. A philosophical moment since, until then, I did not have a visceral attachment to  carrying a backup gun.

Following numerous studies and decades of research, the Center For Disease Control and Prevention and Office of the Presidency have concluded that privately-owned firearms are a systemic danger to public health and safety.

All gun owners residing within the central northern American territory, formerly known as the United States of America, will have no more than 72 hours from the release of this notice, to hand in all privately-owned revolvers, pistols, short-barreled rifles, carbines, and long guns to their nearest police or sheriff's department.

Firearm owners failing or refusing to comply with the above presidential decree will face a series of administrative and criminal legal actions.

1. Any citizen failing or refusing to comply with CDC/Presidential Directive 26 will be immediately removed from the National Healthcare Registry, otherwise known as “Hillarycare”.

2. In addition to becoming ineligible for NHR coverage and benefits, armed  belligerents failing or refusing to comply with CDC/Presidential Directive 26 will pay 100 percent of their healthcare costs which can equal or exceed $1000 per doctor visit and up to $100,000 for a single ER visit.

3. In addition to losing NHR coverage and benefits, and being personally responsible for all medical treatments and costs, citizens failing or refusing to comply with CDC/Presidential Directive 26 will face Internal Revenue Service levies at 50 percent of income for the first six months of noncompliance, and 100 percent income levies for all months following.

4. Lastly, citizens failing or refusing to comply with CDC/Presidential Directive 26 will be subject to criminal prosecution for noncompliance with a direct Presidential order, and/or failure to pay requisite IRS fines associated with said noncompliance, and subject to seizure and indefinite arrest at the discretion of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Presidential Directive Enforcement Unit forgoing due process and legal representation.

No one asks what will happen when Obamacare collapses under its own weight while  Hillary Clinton is President of the United States.

Call To Action: Write A Check To The Gun Lobby Today. Sandy Hook Families' Lawsuit Against Remington Arms

In case there is doubt your natural human right to possess firearms of your choosing is under constant attack, by protectionist crazies believing you and your family are not entitled to self-defense from criminal deadly force, look no further than the recent “wrongful death” lawsuit struck down by Connecticut Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis.

The dismissed lawsuit was filed by select families of the 14 December 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in an effort to make gun manufacturers liable for deaths “caused” by the guns they produce. (1)

Despite being intellectually bankrupt and void of standing the filing was a not a legal exercise of pure futility, but one plaintiffs' council knew would fail due to a 2005 law protecting gun makers from liability when their firearms are used in crimes.

This case was not filed for the purpose of winning a huge punitive ruling or settlement against Remington Arms, but to establish precedent for suing gun manufacturers and eventually overturning the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act under, say, a Hillary administration, or altering it enough to open a window for legitimate suits against gun makers.

Trump expectantly, and decidedly, won debate number two on Sunday night with three key talking points.

One, he shut down an elongated expedition into his leaked “hot mic” episode by staffing the debate audience with Bill and Hillary's former female sexual assault victims.

Two, He addressed the criminality of Hillary's dissemination of US state secrets by commenting she would be in jail (he meant prison) under a Trump administration. 
 

Three, he pointed out that Hillary, by calling Trump supporters irredeemable deplorables, has extreme hatred in her heart. 

Anyone who worked near 1600 Pennsylvania in the 1990s knows Hillary has extreme hatred of humanity; Stalin's principal characteristic.

What “Second Amendment People” Will Do

Hillary shares multiple screen shots with the father of a gay jihadist who murdered 49 people in an Orlando nightclub, for which the progressive left blamed guns and homophobia, yet the top news story is 'Donald Trump telling American gun owners to assassinate Clinton and the Supreme Court if she becomes President'. Beyond crazy.

Obviously this level of head shaking media bias comes as no surprise to anyone paying attention to American politics over the last 30 years. Nonetheless, some attempt at objectivity would, at least, not make the media look so foolish in their persecution of Western and American civilization. 

Trump's comments on the Second Amendment

There are two types of gun owners in America. Those brainwashed to believe the Second Amendment "allows" them the legal right to possess and own firearms, and those who correctly understand the Second Amendment is a legal protection of our natural human right to defend ourselves with guns from all forms of violent aggression and criminal coercion.

Natural human rights cannot be granted or rescinded by the state. Such rights are bestowed upon us by virtue of our humanity and are completely and entirely inalienable.1

Killary and her mindless minions believe all rights and civil liberties are bestowed by the state, and can be removed by the state.

A President Hillary Clinton could influence enough of the judicial papacy to rule our human right to possess guns is no longer constitutional, but only Americans gun owners can decide to surrender that right to the state.

What does that mean? Allow me to clarify. Any attempt by the activist US Supreme Court -an extrajudicial legislative body and derivative of elitist Hamiltonianism- to obviate our natural human right to possess firearms will result in a war between Americans who are slaves to the state and Americans fighting to preserve freedom in the world's only remaining example of human liberty.2

That, in my opinion, was the point Trump ungraciously attempted to make during his North Carolina rally earlier today.

Liberals, Stop Crediting The NRA For Your Losses On Gun Control

 

Last week elderly Democrats littered the US House floor protesting their inability to extra-legally deprive Americans of protection from criminal deadly force with firearms. 

Most annoying about these Democrat displays of geriatric discontent, against public will, is their regurgitated theme of 'NRA holding insurmountable power over Republican members of Congress'. 

This misguided supposition overlooks how millions of gun-owning, freedom-loving Americans in firearms heritage, hunting, gun manufacturing, weapons and operations training, shooting sports, weapon accessories, and ammunition production mobilize into political action each time gun control is brought to a congressional committee or floor of the US House or Senate. 

So liberals, stop giving the NRA all of our credit. The NRA is a powerful voice in defeating your shameful efforts to permanently disarm the American public, but not the determining factor in Republican refusal to vote on gun control. 

The will and political activism of the gun-friendly American public deserves majority recognition for defeated progressive liberal efforts against guns, not simply the NRA.

Gun ban Democrats mouths are watering over Orlando

Starting Monday, 20 June 2016, every American who believes in the natural human right to self defense from criminal deadly force will have their liberty to own and possess firearms attacked by the lowest form of invertebrate as congressional Democrats push gun control and gun ban legislation in the wake of the Obama administration's orchestrated Orlando terror attack. 

Rest assured, no matter how pro-gun or conservative your state's US senators and representatives, this is a fight incumbent GOPers would rather forgo. 

To many Republican members of the House and Senate a government-controlled “no-fly, no-buy” terror watch list, where Americans are denied constitutionally-protected rights without due process, sounds like a good idea. What they overlook is how most registered Republican gun owners will be placed on, and unable to get off, that list 24 hours after its implementation. 

Obama's Alinskyite masses in government and the media have hijacked the narrative of “invited Islamic radicals running amok in western society" (where they do not belong) to a one of "outdated Second Amendment” and “easy access to guns".

Make no mistake, Democrats will use Orlando, and any attack on forcibly disarmed innocents, to make us more vulnerable to future attacks via bans on guns we can own and places we can be armed. More social violence and terrorism, in their book, means more funding and more government control over of our lives.1 

Corporate and government elites are far more afraid of bible-reading, patriotic, armed Americans than they are enraged Islamic psychopaths wanting to personally behead every non-Muslim on the planet.

Orlando is the left's golden opportunity to start a process of outright disarmament. Those thinking that supposition too extreme have no experience in Washington DC, are historically ignorant, intellectually dishonest, or mildly retarded.

Do everything possible to ensure the coming attempts at gun control are, like Sandy Hook, abysmal failures by bombarding your federal "representatives" with phone calls, letters, and emails. Do not let up pressure until your representatives commit to a resounding "NO" on gun bans, gun control, and unconstitutional non-fly terror watch lists.2 

Hold members of congress to their constitutional oath of protecting our rights to protect ourselves over making it easier for terrorists to murder us with the very weapons progressive liberals want made illegal. 

1. Florida, like most CCW states, does not allow armed citizens to possess firearms in business where the primary purpose is to sell alcohol; making every bar in the state a gun free zone. It is reasonable to assume not every person who frequents the "Pulse" or any nightclub/bar consumes alcohol. If our government was truly invested in keeping us safe it would promote an armed,trained society (Switzerland), regulate and police US borders, prevent, instead of promoting, illegal immigration, and not allow into our nation irrational, low IQ, radicalized foreigners supporting or plotting the destruction of America and its people. Yesterday I called my Republican US Senators to demand they not support gun control legislation being opportunistically proposed by the crazed gun ban Democrats following the permitted Islamic terror attack in Orlando, Florida.

The front office staffer I spoke with at James Inhofe's office hung up on me when I suggested congress actually do something to protect America, and Western civilization, by not allowing people who hate and want to kill Americans into our country. She thought I was a racist for implying the US government police immigration to protect the American people.

With seven and one half years of Obama ruining the our nation with Marxism and low IQ immigrants antithetical to American culture, has the Republican congressional delegation, the so-called conservatives, done anything but enable the Obama administration in transforming the United States into a socialist, third-world hell hole?
